AMANDA MORICE

BCBA

Amanda is originally from New Orleans, Louisiana, and enjoys exploring good food and unique experiences. Her passion for working with children began at the age of 15 when she started babysitting and working at a daycare at her local gym. She earned her undergraduate degree from Louisiana State University (LSU) and subsequently spent three years teaching English abroad, where she also became fluent in Spanish. After returning from abroad, Amanda discovered her passion for Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). She relocated to Denver and dedicated a few years to advancing her expertise in ABA. Recognizing the transformative potential of this field, Amanda pursued a master’s degree at Purdue Global and earned certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). What Amanda values most about her work in ABA is the opportunity to create meaningful and lasting change in the lives of those she supports. She is passionate about the field's innovative approaches and its emphasis on social validity, which ensures interventions are both effective and respectful of the unique needs of each individual.

Outside of her professional life, Amanda enjoys spending quality time with her son. Together, they embrace the outdoors through activities like hiking, camping, live music, and snowboarding during the winter months.
