Tyler Zeimet

Tyler received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Luther College and his Master of Science degree in Speech-Language Pathology from St. Ambrose University. With clinical experience in outpatient clinics, elementary/middle schools, and hospital settings, Tyler has developed a passion for working with children with a variety of communication needs. He follows a strengths-based model for assessment/intervention and is passionate about embedding interventions into child-led, play-based activities. He also enjoys providing caregiver coaching to assist families in supporting their children outside of the clinic. Additionally, Tyler works to implement best practices, and recent trainings have included Meaningful Speech: Gestalt Language Processing, Language and Literacy Toolkit for SLPs, See the Sound: Visual Phonics, and Executive Functioning Interventions: Principles and Strategies. Outside of work, Tyler enjoys exploring Colorado with his friends, reading, hiking, and drinking coffee.
